Elba Petroleum is a closed group where buyers are connected to sellers to do transactions professionally and transparantly.
Prior to buyer communicating directly with refinery, a simple NCNDA and ICPO will be issued first.
It is strictly prohibited to post any offer received by Elba Petroleum to any internet platforms or distribute without prior approval.
